ANDERSON MEDICAL CLINIC
Registered Medical Assistant (Spanish Bi-Lingual Skills Required) --FULL TIME
Provide out-patient clinical care, consistent with the scope of practice for an RMA in a clinical setting. Previous clinic skills and EHR preferred. Primary responsibility of this position includes assisting in the examination and medical care of patients, under the direction of the Provider(s) and Clinic Manager. To perform this position successfully, the individual must possess the skills and abilities necessary to understand medical terminology, operate medical equipment, understand instructions, and perform technical procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are required.
CASSVILLE DENTAL CLINIC
Dental Hygienist -FULL TIME
Supporting the Mission and demonstrating the Core Values of ACCESS Family Care, the individual in this position will perform patient care services, under the designated scope of his/her service and licensure. The Practitioner shall use their best professional judgment in the performance of health care services that are rendered to patients; and shall provide appropriate care to all patients assigned to the Practitioner, without regard to the patient's ability to pay. The Practitioner shall render all services he/she deems medically necessary or otherwise appropriate for the patient, in compliance with ACCESS Family Care's Clinical Management System. Working cooperatively with other Practitioners, Clinic Managers, and all staff members; this individual will support a team effort and promote a positive quality of care at all worksites.
Dental Assistant - Experienced candidates only
The individual in this position will sterilize and set up equipment, clean exam rooms, prepare patient(s) for treatment, perform chair side assistance, and other related duties. Excellent customer service skills are required. The individual in this position must work cooperatively with our provider(s) and all staff members; supporting a team effort at our location, serving our customers, and striving to achieve our Mission through our Core Values.
ALL MEDICAL CLINICS (Required traveling to all clinics as needed)
Patient Services Representative Rover (Spanish Bi-lingual Skills Required) -- PART TIME
The individual in this position will perform receptionist and front desk duties related to scheduling office visits and processing visits for ACCESS Family Care patients. Excellent customer service skills are required. The individual in this position must work cooperatively with our provider(s) and all staff members; supporting a team effort at our location, serving our customers, and striving to achieve our Mission through or Core Values. Computer skills required.
LPN Rover -- FULL TIME
This individual will be providing out-patient clinical care, consistent with the scope of practice for a LPN in a clinical setting. A valid Missouri LPN license is required. They will be traveling to all clinics with the home base of Joplin Clinic. Previous clinical skills preferred. Excellent customer service skills are required. The individual in this position must work cooperatively with our providers and all staff members; supporting a team effort at our location, serving customers, and striving to achieve our Mission through Core Values.
AURORA/NEOSHO MEDICAL CLINICS
RN Care Manager - FULL TIME (Required traveling to Aurora/Neosho Clinics Weekly)
RN Care Manager will provide comprehensive care management services and involve: Identification of high-risk individuals and use of client information to determine level of participation in care management services; assessment of service needs; treatment plan development, which will include client goals, preferences and optimal clinical outcomes, development of treatment guidelines, monitoring of individual and population health status; development and dissemination of reports that indicate progress toward meeting client outcomes for client satisfaction, health status, service, etc.
CORPORATE OFFICE - NEOSHO
Billing Specialist - FULL TIME (2 positions)
The Billing Specialist under the direction of the Patient Financial Services Manager is responsible for assisting with billing department tasks. These tasks include: Billing claims to the appropriate party, Assisting patients with billing questions; patient/insurance refunds; payment posting; AR follow-up, including appeals; Denial Management; and any other duties assigned. The individual in this position will be responsible for all phases of billing including following all policies and procedures associated, this individual will also work cooperatively with all staff members, supporting a team effort and promoting a positive presence at all worksites. To perform this position successfully, the preferred incumbent will have a high school diploma or GED and experience in Medicare, Medicaid and other third party payers. Coding experience is not necessary but certainly a positive. The individual will have the skills necessary to read, analyze, interpret and follow billing guidelines and government regulations.
Portable PSR - Mobile Dental - FULL TIME
The Portable PSR travels with the Portable Manager to Outreach Sites and performs front desk and dental assisting duties as needed. The Portable Assistant front desk duties will include organizing the patient schedules and paperwork along with verifying insurance coverage and running reports. As needed, the Portable Assistant will also be needed to assist and help with sterilization. Additional duties include loading and unloading dental equipment at sites. This person will need a flexible schedule for start and end times, depending on travel to different sites.
